We traveled to Grand Junction last weekend to see the Great Grandparents and to move Christina's oldest brother into a new apartment. We praise the Lord for travel mercies as we got stuck in one of the worst snow storms this fall over the mountain passes. We were able to make it home, only to find out those traveling two hours behind us were stuck in the mountains for over 24 hours forcing them to stay in Red Cross shelters. We praise the Lord for his mercies on our family (I'm not sure how we would have done two babies and a pregnant wife sleeping on the floors of a recreation center). Dave spent New Years Eve working and the kids and Christina were in bed by 9:00 pm. We are excited for the New Year and wish all our friends and family a Happy New Year!
