A weekend to celebrate and a sign of true love.....

Dave and I had a wonderful evening on Friday night celebrating many different things! First, we were so happy to be able to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Second, we were so happy to be able to celebrate the blessing of Dave's new job and all the new avenues it will be able to take our family on. Third, we enjoyed the evening together just the two of us (ok, the three of us, the baby came too). Christina's parents came and captured the kids and took them for a night so we could be together. Dave picked me up from work early and we enjoyed a night out together at the Cheesecake factory and stayed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed our time together and enjoyed the time to be able to just rest! Christina had to work on Saturday, so Dave agreed to come along. Little did he know that the trip to work would include him in a Easter Bunny Costume entertaining a large group of children for 1 1/2 hours at an Easter Egg hunt. This is a sign of true love! Thank you Dave for helping me keep my job and for brightening the day for so many kids!
After work, we headed for a Jamba Juice and hit the road to pick up our kiddos in Loveland. We enjoyed the night away, but looked forward to being together with our kids again. Thank you Lord for all of your blessings. Thank you to all our friends and family who continue to pour into our lives. Thank you to the wonderful "cookie lady" as Herbie calls her who delivered a nice warm meal to us tonight. We love you Bev! We are heading to bed so we can get up early for a morning of worship together as a family.

Dad and I always knew our kids were special but we never dreamed one would grow up to be "The Easter Bunny!" Wow! We are truly blessed. Thanks for the help with the music today. You are awesome musical bunny. Love, Mom

BTW-I don't think I'll ever take a pulpit. You and Rico have tainted me too much. :0)
