I just returned from training in Washington D.C. and I'm glad to be home. It was a good week and I was able to meet a lot of folks from around the country who do what I do. Judging by my interactions with other Labor specialists I believe the folks from Alaska, Wyoming, Maine and Oregon will be on my speed dial. It was hard being away from my wife and kids but I'm glad to be home.
I was amazed by the city and I look forward to returning in the future...lots of history and friendly people. I'll never get over the thought of walking some of the same streets as Abraham Lincoln.
