Great Surprises.......

This is Christina! I get the chance to blog this week. I am definitely not a writer like my husband so I will post a lot of pictures and hope you forgive me for the boring recap of our week! Our family continues to be blessed in many ways! Dave had the opportunity last week to continue his military funeral training. It has been a lot of hard work for him, but I know he is doing great!!!! A new challenge for him. Friday night, the girls hit the town. Last weekend the boys went camping, so they stayed home with the babies and us girls went out! We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, strolled 16th Street mall, and then spent some good time chatting over a Starbucks coffee. Thanks to the Carson's sporty, black Honda, we didn't even look like mama's driving our minivans! Saturday brought us some good, yet unexpected news about our future move. To make a long story short, we are not moving! So, we have spent a lot of time deep cleaning and unpacking the boxes we just packed! :) Again, the Lord is good to our family and this situation showed us He truly is in control and has a plan for our life. Mom and Dad came down to play with the kids on Saturday while Dave and I both went to work and we got a wonderful call that Christina's brother, wife and our nephew were coming to spend the night. What a great surprise, a fun time for the cousins to play and the siblings to get caught up and laugh together. Chris & Maura took our family to a wonderful breakfast at LePeeps on Sunday morning!
