Herbie: I can't go to bed.
M & D: WHY?
Herbie: I need to tell you a secret.
(with a big smile on his face he runs downs the stairs again, thinking he has won with this one.....)
Herbie comes to mommy's ear: Deep breath and a little "sigh" into the ear is the secret.
Off to Daddy's ear: A LOUD roar like a lion, and the secrets have been told.
Mom & Dad: AGAIN, Herbie, go to bed!!!!!
(we had about 8 excuses before this new one, still....no luck on his part!)
